The goal was to promote General Mills products in college food service facilities and stimulate increased traffic
Students scanned the QR code located on the cafeteria displays or entered online to enter to win a trip to the Grammy’s various prizes including an Airstream trailer, beach cruisers, and music downloads
In an ongoing series of music themed programs, DMI developed a highly engaging sweepstakes that included a grand prize of a trip to the Grammy’s In addition, a sales contest was implemented with a similar prize structure
DMI negotiated all points with the Grammy’s, created all sales materials, developed the website and fulfilled all sweepstakes activities
Results
Sales goals were achieved for the program
Over 300,000 college students entered the sweepstakes
